I loved everything about this hotel. The staff and the owners were really helpful, they gave us tips on where to eat, which way to take to the station, where to wash our clothes. The cleanliness was top notch. It was great to see a tatami style kitchen area, the Tokyo experience felt really organic. The location is also great, you can go directly from Narita to Nippori station, it is only 10-15 mins walk to the hotel. Also you can go to main Tokyo attractions via Yamanote line which passes through Nippori. We also loved the recommended Higurashi Bakery which is very close to the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and welcoming hotel, perfectly located near the subway in a quiet yet vibrant area. The large, comfortable, and clean room made our experience even better. The delicious breakfast, served with stunning views of Tokyo and the iconic Tokyo Tower, was a highlight, allowing for great photo opportunities. The hotel also offers afternoon tea in an annex with amazing views and complimentary coffee. Overall, it provides excellent value for the price; while it's not the cheapest option, the comfort and amenities make it worth it. If I return to Tokyo, I would definitely come back in this hotel.

Not the first time coming... my favorite place to stay when I come to Tokyo (already the 6th time). Clean, convenient with kitchen and washing machine in the room. Quiet even if in the heart of Asakusa. Near Senso-ji temple, restaurants ans shops. Staff really professional, kind and welcoming
