Extremely new and modern - definitely felt more luxurious than a typical 3 star hotel. Massive room with sofa, huge TV and extra large bathroom. Location is great for Shin-Osaka, and it was a short subway ride into the central part of Osaka.

Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station is located right next to the JR Shinkansen Shin-Osaka train station (North exit of Shin-Osaka's Station - exit reference is the Tully's coffee) which is very convenient to explore Osaka's main atractions (either by Subway or Shinkansen). Subway line is Midosuji which leads directly to both Umeda and Dotonbori areas. The hotel was clean and the staff was super, super kind and helpful. They offered himselves to carry our bags to the room. We asked for the "In room dining" service which was very quick and the food was so tasty. Tea, coffee and bottles of water available in the room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Elevator available. Power Wi-Fi connection.

Location was great. Staff was friendly, have welcome drink and event, the kids loved it. The public bath was large and neat. Plenty of nice restaurants that opens late till night along with a few convenient stores nearby. We would come back again.
