Few mins walk from Ayase station, close to supermarket and a variety of restaurants. Stayed here for 3 nights and got the best sleep of my vacation. The area was very quiet. It takes about 40 mins to get to Shinjuku so if you wanna avoid busy parts of tokyo and stay in and aea with few tourists, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was so impressed by the cleaning staff! The room was really clean, and the bathroom was immaculate. They were friendly too. :) There were free amenities in the lobby, even face lotion, which a lot of hotels don't offer. The free drinks and desserts in the evening were so nice! It was my first time staying in Kitasenju, and I would definitely come back. It was a lively neighbourhood, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great single room. Great service a special shout out to Nancy. Towel provided. Full kitchen facilities. Air con/heater on the room. In room fridge but no tv. There is TV at lobby and common area. Quiet neighbourhood.
