So happy with our stay at Shoji Lake Hotel. Views of Mt Fuji are amazing. The staff was helpful with advice on activities and hikes and very kind. The outdoor japanese bath was very nice. It is quite far away from other things, very nice that it did not feel very 'touristy'

Location was fabulous, spectacular views with easy bus accessibility to attractions we were keen to see - for us, outdoorsy things like the Ice Cave, Wind Cave, Bat Cave, Aokigahara forest. . Room was spacious, view from room was insane! Onsen facilities were great. Was quiet and relaxing.
