Excellent hotel with brilliant facilities. Breakfast was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good location for Napoli games as only a short walk from the stadium and Chiara was always happy to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning!

The staff were wonderful and friendly! Every time we went by the front desk they offered a cappuccino. They arranged taxis for us and gave advice on pizza places and laundry facilities. When my wife had her phone stolen near a museum they kept calling the museum until they reached someone who would search for it.

I had an amazing experience overall in the whole city. The hotel is in an great location, it was easy to go to the main city center with the train that is near by. The breakfast was very delicious and various. All of the staff were hospitable and very helpful during my whole stay, spoke English and helped me with organizing my activities and airport transfer.
