For sensitive ears, the roar of the crowd in San Siro is particularly ear breaking. I couldn't stay at the concert I was attending because this sound bubble in the stadium is a huge sweep on ears. Remember to book well in advance online. Although we were, you could easily buy a ticket at the ticket office for a tour of the museum and stadium. The museum is very poor. Visited to try to get match tickets but not lucky. Got some of the atmosphere from the stalls setting up outside before the match.
