The service at Hotel Canada is impeccable - from the moment of arrival to departure. The staff are all highly professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The location is perfect - close to Roma Termini and to all activities. Many excellent restaurants close by.

I like its location.it is very close to Termini station and hop on hop off bus tour stop if you would like to use.stuff was very friendly and ready for help.

Close to the Metro station, (easy and inexpensive to reach touristic places of Rome) And the personal was very polite explaining all the services included. They gave me tips and directions of how to enjoy my visit of touristic places. Thanks Antonio and Davide for such a great time. There are a few restaurants and bars around, and the location in general looks safe.

This hotel is the best among all hotels I stay in more than 25 city around the world during my life. Everything was simply exceptional. You simply feel extra comfortable and appreciated by everyone in this unique hote. The breakfast is 10 stars. I booked 3 nights and I missed the first one because my flight was cancelled. They keep my room for the remaining two nights and they didn't take city tax from me as compensation to what I loss in the first night. You know what also, I checked out at 4:00 a.m and they gave us our breakfast boxes when we checked out putting inside a full meal like as we are having them in the hotel. All the staff are cooperative especially Christine at the reception. She will guide you to all what you need and put all efforts to make you feel happy by providing all the assists to discover the city or what you need during your stay. Will stay in the same hotel whenever I come to Rome in the future.
