Lovely room with very nice bathroom and very comfortable bed Spotlessly clean. Good location. Five minutes walk to the tower. A few minutes more to the city centre. The breakfast was excellent,. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention for Chiara who was lovely. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

The room appeared to have been recently renewed so it was in excellent condition, with a modern/pleasant design, and comfortable furniture. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super, with amazing cappuccino.

We arrived around 11 pm and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our family room has 4 beds. The room is very clean and has a USB charging station, which is very convenient and convenient for us to charge. The location is only 15-18 minutes' walk from the train station, which is very convenient. And they offer 24h-our service which is very nice for us. We can order food at the cafe anytime. We highly recommend this hotel, great value for money.

This was the second time I had stayed at this hotel. It's small but has a very pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent — quiet and peaceful, yet just a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 20-minute walk from the airport. It's an ideal base for exploring Tuscany by train as the train station is very close by (a 5-minute walk). The staff are very helpful and always smiling. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would recommend staying at this hotel.
