What a view!! I had the single room and paid extra for the view- was worth it. I could see the tower and the rest of the complex from the window, really really good position, literally a street from it (which means far from the center, but that was definitely not my priority). The room was very clean and the heater is perfect- i had a single bed, so it wasn't so comfortable- but it did the job for 1 night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a bit difficult because the front of the hotel empties right out to a pedestrian area in the middle of everything. The desk person drew a fabulous map of directions through winding streets to the back of the hotel for garage parking. The attendant met us and help guide our car into the small space. It was great to have a secure space for the night. Breakfast was amazing, large selection, and delicious . Check out wss simple. Would recommend!

Location is an old villa but modern inside with a lot of attention to details. My room size was ok for a single, I got all comforts and services I expected. Very silent, right temperature, big shower with modern style, clean, fridge with water, nespresso machine and consume to pay drinks. Breakfast was amazing with more than typical 4stars food quality and variety. All ladies from reception to restaurant were very kind and nice with me. Parking inside the garden is a plus as well as the garden itself

Knew we would have a lovely stay based on the reviews, but the apartment was perfect. Located literally round the corner from the Piazza dei Miracoli (less than 5mins walk) making it a wonderful home base for a short stay in Pisa. Our flight was due to land after the listed check-in window and Carolina was so helpful in arranging self-check in for us ahead of arrival.

A very nice stay, exactly what we needed. Two comfortable bedrooms and a secured closed parking in the villa's yard. Excellent location, walkable to Piazza dei Miracoli, other main sites and the surrounding area with plenty of restaurants and shops. Our host was welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful hotel right on the doorstep of the Piazza dei Miracoli. The location was utterly perfect, and with private parking available too, our motorbikes were nice and secure. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. And the breakfast was first class. The room was basic, but perfectly pleasant.

Flavia was a wonderful host, really helpful and accommodating, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Delicious breakfast on the sunny terrace. The location was great - very central, but away from the busy tourist-filled Piazza dei Miracoli.

The property is very close to the airport- around 10 minutes to walk. It is also easy to walk into the centre of Pisa- around 30 minutes to Piazza dei Miracoli. There is also a good supermarket nearby. Mantanelli 26 is very clean and comfortable, and has everything. The owner is very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely stay again if visiting Pisa.
