Wonderful staff before everything else. Helped us with taxi to Pune, finding the best fare and even applying discount. Thank you, ADNAN and all the boys at welcome desk! Bteakfast is perfect, very tasty and good viriety, perfect staff too. The room, linens and bathroom are spotless. We tecommend this hotel!

As usual, the Indian hospitality is legendary, with service from the heart. I truly enjoyed my second stay at The Leela Mumbai. Priyanka, Guest Relation Manager, has been of great assistance during my stay.

The hotel is next to the airport, and still very quite inside the hotel and in my room. The bed was very comfortable, the room had a good size. unfortunately I did not eat breakfast because my flight was very early. The staff was very helpfull at all time.

I recently stayed at the ICONIQA Hotel on a trip to Mumbai, simply because I wanted a change from my regular hotel. It turned out to be the best decision ever! The hotel is located just a stone’s throw away from the airport, making it extremely convenient to reach in just a few minutes. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, a friendly smile, and a soothing aroma that set the tone for my stay. Check-in was effortless and cheerful, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Superior Suite. The suite was spacious, tastefully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The complimentary minibar was the cherry on top! I dined at the hotel for three meals, and each one was outstanding. The breakfast selection was especially impressive — creative, varied, and beautifully presented. It was refreshing to see something different from the usual hotel fare. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Shibani, the General Manager, and Neha, the Learning & Development Manager. Their passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction and reflected in the overall warmth of the staff.

I liked the staffs, rooms, location, surrounding environment, Airport transfers and everything absolutely superb. We felt really special during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice stay in Mumbai close to the International Airport.
