They made the extra effort to have a casual chat with me and made me feel comfortable. The rooms were impeccably clean. I ordered room service which was very quick too. And they were also extremely kind to give me a room upgrade - a sea view suit!! I love the location too - bang opposite to the marine drive - my favourite place in Mumbai!!
