From the moment I got out of the taxi the Service and welcome from the staff was the best I have experienced Swathi and Efin were so welcoming and professional. the rooms were very comfortable. the food is one of the highlights Breakfast was the best I have ever had Gishna always took time from his busy morning to have a word with us. The Thai restaurant was amazing Anithka was brilliant and guided us expertly through our menu we met the lady Thai Chef whose name escapes me ,her buffet on a Saturday was something I will never forget. The facial I had in the Spa centre was the best i have had. Unfortunetly I cannot remember the amazing beauticians name. there so many other staff that made my stay one I will never forget. Athin and of course Sulaiman who drove us around and give us some information on the way.

The property is close to the South station and is exceptionally well run. I have stayed in it several times before and was as pleased to be there as before. The staff were friendly and accommodating at all times; Jitku especially went out of his way to help. The restaurant buffets were excellent. I will come again.

The hotel is very clean and chic , near marine drive and lot of shops , with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable with all we needed. The staff helped us a lot during our stay in India and arranged everything we needed to visit Kerala. the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and traditional food.
