The location was central to everything. We were directed to a parking garage down the street that was provided at a reduced rate for hotel guests. It was easy to access, although we did not need to drive during our stay in Galway. The room was spacious and well appointed. We appreciated the large bathroom space. Staff were very helpful. We experienced a problem with the AC in our room & it was dealt with right way. The self serve breakfast was exceptional. Both hot & cold foods as well as some grab & go options.

We were really happy with the Harbour Hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, the entire interior is modernised and cozy, and it's spotlessly clean. Soundproofing towards the road was excellent, we didn't hear any traffic noise although our room faced the road. There's a complementary gym with decent equipment. The restaurant can cater to coeliacs and provide gluten free options, although we didn't eat there. It's really close to the city centre, just about 5 mins walking to many restaurants, cafes and shops. Discounted parking for guests at 10€ for 24 hours. All in all, would recommend and stay again.

    Everything was amazing from start to finish. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Check in was nice and easy. Had a lovely meal at the Claddagh Bar and Grill and ended the night with some drinks in Lena’s. There is amazing selection for breakfast too. I will 100% be back to stay at the Radisson Red..
