Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly! Parking was mostly full but we always found a spot. Staff told us if we had no spot, they'd find one for us. Amenities were really food: cookies, water, tea and coffee machine (Nespresso). Chocolate box as a welcome gift was a nice touch (thank you)! Food (breakfast in room, brunch or dinner) was always tasty.
