Stayed over for my work Christmas party since I live outside the city. Incredibly nice staff with great attitudes. It was very, very busy but they were always polite and helpful.

Loved: 1. Pantry facilities (we had a family suite) 2. Free parking! 3. Ease of access from underground parking to A-wing rooms 4. Gym and heated swimming pool! 5. Rueben's resto serve a nice lunch, and the wait staff who served us (9 Oct lunch) Aoibheann was amazing.

All round everything was amazing. Great staff. Beautiful interior design throughout. But the highlight had to be the bed, out of maybe 10 hotels I've stayed in over the past year or 2, the bed we had in the g was the comfiest bed I've ever experienced. Seems silly but honestly it was just incredible how comfortable it was and just the room as a whole. Thanks to the staff for making it such a memorable stay.
