Everything was catered for : great thought and care was taken to make this an exceptionally comfortable guesthouse. Spotless linen, great shower, well equipped rooms, on site parking, dinner and breakfast both a delight to enjoy.

I was up for hospital appointment, to be able close curtains hava dark and quite room to sleep helps. Hard find coffee n tea maker, has a bathroom and hairdryer available and fresh towels. Restaurant served excellent food. Breakfast buffet has everything you want Inc in price.

On the edge of Dublin’s centre, this hotel features fitness facilities and rooms with free WiFi. It offers an AA Rosette restaurant, and University College Dublin is just 10 minutes’ drive away.

Probably the best hotel we stayed in! Very cozy room, with everything you need. Yes bathroom is a bit dated but functional and clean. The heaters worked really well (important in December). I did not hear a single noise from other rooms or from the corridor! The staff was truly amazing. Shout out to Francan for accommodating my allergens (gluten and egg) during the room service. The food from the hotel was excellent. The bar with the fireplace was great and really appreciated in December. A lovely Christmas feeling in this nicely decorated hotel for the occasion. We will come back!

Family room was awesome for us. Staff were super friendly. Our stay was short (one night) so we didn't have time to check out the pool, etc. but would not hesitate to stay there again.
