Short review:
Absolutely the best and fastest kitchen. Nice, big and modern rooms. Awesome stuff. This hotel made the difference to us in comparison to all the other hotels we checked in during our trip. We loved it.
Long review:
After we checked out of our former accommodation due to dirt and mold everywhere, we really were in need of a new hotel, as quick as possible (it was about 8pm).
So we found the Nusava, booked, arrived - and nobody was there.
We messaged the owner if something went wrong. They answered that they were not able to host us, because the hotel has not even opened yet. There was a misunderstanding between them and Booking.com regarding the date of opening.
We explained our misery, owner came along, handed us the keys for a suite and made us some awesome Canapé. They opened a bottle of wine as well to say sorry for the inconvenience and to welcome us as their first guests ever.
We stayed here for three nights and did not regret one of them. The suite was amazing, as well as the whole location, the staff and the food.
We talked to some other guys visiting the island. They agreed that the restaurant of the hotel makes the best food in this part of the island. It’s just excellent and the kitchen is very fast. Not as other famous locations in the near that already take half an hour to take your order. These guys here made a huge difference. In every kind of way.
The stuff really want you to have the best time in your holidays.
Come here, stay here and enjoy. As we will definitely next time.

Go early in the morning (we were there around 08:00) to avoid the biggest crowds. If you want to go down to the beach, bring proper hiking shoes and clothes you can move in! It’s very steep and slippery some places, so please be careful.

Lots of construction work impacting on the village...
Lots of construction work impacting on the village atmosphere. Isolated from the busier parts of Nusa Penida. The reality did not match the idea picture created. It was not a relaxing environment. Not great for a stay…good for a visit.

Wear sneakers, not flip flops.
Wear sneakers, not flip flops. Get there about an hour or more before sunset. We were adventurous and went down the thousand mismatched carved steps knowing we had to walk back up. There are another thousand steep steps to the right that will take you down the cliff to the beach. We did not do that. My friends flip flop ripped halfway down and she had to be innovative on her way up. Sunset was gorgeous.

very very busy, was it worth the trip ? maybe - I will let you decide - watch out for the monkeys trying to steal your belongings !! long drive to this point roads very un-even sometimes even dangerous when on a scooter, taxi drivers don’t stop or let you pass they drive too fast when near to the scooters making it difficult for us on scooters, roads bumpy, uneven and full of pot holes

Great views & loads of warungs.
Great views & loads of warungs. If you want to get down to the beach make sure that you have plenty of fluids, strong legs and a good sun hat. It’s a long way down and even further coming back up. Many people looked on the verge of collapse from the struggle back up the stairs.

We had the most amazing stay here! It’s a true paradise, lovely rooms with a spectacular view and just a 5 minute walk to Gamat Beach. The owners were so kind and made our stay extra special. They organised everything for us, including an afternoon trip to all the main spots like Kelingking Beach, Crystal Bay, Broken Beach, and Angel’s Billabong. The food was absolutely delicious, we also ate dinner here every evening! They really went out of their way to make it the best holiday. We stayed for three wonderful days 😊

Room was clean, AC worked good, only 10mins to Kelingking beach.
Breakfast came exactly at the time we ordered it.
It was okay for 2 nights but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

The location is perfect to be near Kelingking Beach - within walking distance! The room was even better than the photos! So good for the value!
Really comfortable bed and bathroom is amazing!
Everything was very easy!
Swimming pool was really good too
There is a restaurant right there in the property with really good local food and the coldest Bintang I had ever had in Indonesia haha super worth it!

The staff was amazing and super nice and accommodating. They gave us free bike rides to the sunset view point at Kelingking beach & to the mart down the road. The location was great, near bungee jumping, turtle beach and Kelingking beach. Room was big and and super clean, prettiest room we stayed in in Indonesia. Bathroom was big and clean. Food was nice.

Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel is very good, just a walking distance to Kelingking beach. Hotel rooms are very spacious, clean and have decent decor. Good breakfast as well.

Location! Literally a 5 min walk from Kelingking beach so it's perfect if thats your focus, nice enough place for the value, good pool and really friendly staff! You can get a scooter or driver through the hotel with little fuss which is great.

It was excellent. The hotel is just 50m from the parking for Kelingking beach. This house has just 3 rooms so no rush or anything whatsoever. The host welcomed me with a free juice. The bed is quite comfortable. Bathroom is big and nice. I wish I could stay longer. Even I checked out easily after Dhuhr prayer and no one came knocking on my door. Loved it!
