All is great with the hotel and staff. Staff is always helpful, including reception, room service, restaurant, bar and spa. When small inconveniences occur with pool, the staff immediately suggest nearest facilities at same rating hotel with a free transfer to and back. Upper management is always in touch with personnel to help and satisfy customer need, - what a great service class- an example for competitors and partners! This Hotel, the bar and White salon restaurant, the New York cafe I would suggest as "must visit" in Budapest for those, who value best accommodation, food and service in Europe. It is a convenient own garage parking with straight lift to the hotel. The air quality in corridors and rooms are good. I also have an impression, that all latest WHO recommendations for COVID-19 prophilactice are kept and strictly followed by personnel.

We got an upgrade to a bigger room and free breakfast, but even without that this hotel was 10/10. Exceptional service, very friendly staff, took our luggage before check-in and after check-out, served welcome drinks. Room was awesome - very tidy, nicely furnished, and well maintained. The hotel is very close to transport hubs and major attractions. Oh, and the breakfast was great too - wouldn't mind booking a free breakfast room the next time I go.
