The restaurant and included breakfast exceeded expectation. Full buffet breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh bakery goods, fresh fruit). Dinner also very tasty. Service pleasant and helpful. Very clean room. Everything great.

Everything was great. We got upgraded into Royal Blue, The pool on the roof was heated and the view was awesome. The food was very good and diverse. Would recommend it at any time of the year.

The hotel deserves it's 5-star status. The staff were friendly from check-in to check-out. There were complimentary chocolates delivered to our room every evening and we liked it. The mini bar and other necessary stuff in the room are refilled as needed. In the dining area, you can request anything you would want or need especially for children. They are quite friendly although not all can speak english fluently. Superb amenities within the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay, we highly recommend it.
