I liked the fact when we arrived the staff was able to take our luggage and take us to the 28 floor for our reservation. We stayed at club 80 suite. It was a phenomenal experience and breathtaking views of Hong Kong city.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious & well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also excellent, conveniently situated near to MRT. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming & always ready to assist with a smile. This hotel will meet and exceed your expectations, especially if you are from Europe. Very accommodating high class breakfast. Neat rooms, with everything you need. Dyson hairdryer, sleep mist, cake and card for your special occasion, water!!!! so you don’t need to buy and carry it, lots of wardrobe space, safe, books!, different lightning. Views are great. We also enjoyed the cocktail hour with canapés and cocktail menus that the hotel can help you send as cards. Gym and laundry! So you don’t need to come back to an endless washing and even returning home feels smooth and easy. A true home away from home. Interiors are great and the amount of details wouldn’t fit if I mention them all. Would not consider staying anywhere else when we go back to Hong Kong.
