It's absolutely a wonderful and relaxing place to stay in Zante. We can spend our all time in the hotel. The food is great, and there are 3 restaurants here, love the cocktail in the cocoon restaurant which is in the middle of stunning pools. Also, the service is fantastic, people are so friendly and kind. They always smile and make sure we are having a good time here. That's really healing us! Especially the manager Sotiris, he is so kind and positive. He solved our problems really quickly and helpful. Great people here! Love them!

During our stay at this hotel, we were consistently impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. From the management team to the dedicated cleaning personnel, each member contributed to an atmosphere of excellence and hospitality. The facilities stood out as top-tier, and while the immediate coastal area might not have presented the expected white rocks and sandy vistas, the hotel's pool facilities compensated impressively.     We liked that Filipos and Maria are very welcoming.. They also changed the the bedsheets and the towels everytime was needed. It is a good location. Near the center of Planos and near the tsilivi beach one of the most popular beach from Zakynthos. We recommend this place for a nice holiday. Thank you!

    The location is perfect, near Tsilivi beach and 20-30 minutes from popular beaches in Zakynthos. The breakfast was simple, but delicious, with homemade sweets and marmelades, fresh bread, eggs, vegetables and feta. You can buy homemade extra virgin olive oil made by Yannis, our host. The stuff was very friendly and we felt like home here.

    There is an extensive buffet breakfast which is unusual for Greece. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The pool area is fantastic if that is what you are looking for in Greece. Tsilivi Beach is a short stroll and the beach has multiple beach bars which are serviced. Tsilivi itself was disappointing as the island has been overtaken by English tourists which has unfortunately changed the scenery and ambiance. If you want a more authentic Greek experience, I would recommend Vasilikos - better beaches and better tavernas to eat.
