I give 10/10 for the hotel, the room is new and clean, the staff was super nice and helpful, they help me to get the quotation for car rental and taxi service with reasonable price The breakfast was awesome, they have a free breakfast menu with 6-7 choice with a little breakfast buffet. The coffee was good, the best I had in Greece for 2 weeks. The location is good, I took the ferry and coach to the island, I walked from the bus station to hotel for about 15 mins. Easy walk and saved 15-20 EUR. It’s quite hard to find a parking space along the main street, but no worry, there is a public parking space in front of the hotel, and a private hotel parking space at the back of the hotel, perfect!

During our stay at this hotel, we were consistently impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. From the management team to the dedicated cleaning personnel, each member contributed to an atmosphere of excellence and hospitality. The facilities stood out as top-tier, and while the immediate coastal area might not have presented the expected white rocks and sandy vistas, the hotel's pool facilities compensated impressively. The emphasis on cleanliness was evident throughout, ensuring our stay was both comfortable and refreshing. We highly recommend this establishment to discerning travelers.

This hotel is lovely and the staff is amazing! Ever since we entered the property we were spoiled with special treats and welcomed with big smiles. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the reception team works really hard to attend your every need. If you need to rent a car, book a tour, or anything you can imagine just asked them! The best holiday of our lives! We spent our honeymoon and a private wedding at Contessina Suites & Spa, and it was the best holiday we have ever had. The staff truly made us feel like family. I remember every person by name, and this connection is what makes this place unforgettable. A special thank you to Maria, Guest Relations Manager, who made every day memorable and supported us throughout the wedding preparations. We are also deeply grateful to Arsid, whose professionalism and generosity meant a lot to us — including the champagne, which made our celebration even more special. The hotel has a Michelin Key, but what impressed us most was the atmosphere, comfort, service, and attention to detail. This is not just a hotel stay; it is a unique experience. Breakfasts are excellent, with fresh juices, a rich buffet, and à la carte options. On arrival, we were welcomed with breakfast instead of waiting for check-in, which was a wonderful gesture. The hotel also upgraded our room for our wedding, something we will always remember. We highly recommend staying for at least 7 days to enjoy all the events and special dinners. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return.
