A great hotel, with vintage New York vibe, yet so modern with amazing amenities. Top notch service, tasty and varied breakfast and great location! Would love to be back again for my next visit in Georgia.

The view was just amazing, so balcony is a great addition to the room. Also, the rooms were very clean and the staff was super helpful. The guy at the reception (Giga) tried to accommodate all the additional request. Also, the lady at the breakfast (Mara) was super kind and always ready to help. Also, the breakfast was good and included various dishes over the 5 days we ate there. All in all, lovely experience and very hospitable hotel. I would stay here again

We stayed in this hotel 3 times during our stay of one month in Georgia. We highly recommend it. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The room rate was excellent. We stayed in Room 5 (with a small balcony) and Room 7. We liked both rooms, but we especially enjoyed room 7 because it was bigger. Rooms were cleaned daily, which was not done in other hotels we used. Bottled water was provided in the room daily. Thoughtful touches like this made this hotel an excellent choice. People working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It was one of the best breakfasts we had; there were some Georgian dishes, and the food varied somewhat from day to day. Even the breakfast room was a comfortable space. If guests are considering using a private driver during their stay, we would suggest asking the owner here for help. He drove us a few times, and he was a careful driver who provided a lot of information. His rates were very competitive. He also picked us up at the airport when we arrived at 4 a.m. Of course, there was a cost, but it certainly reduced our stress of trying to get to the hotel on our own at this time of the day. For runners who are participating in the Tbilisi Marathon (It is a Half Marathon, but organizers refer to it as a marathon. This year it was held on Sunday, October 1, 2023.), this hotel is very well located. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to the start/finish line. We were also given "food boxes" the night before because we would be up too early for breakfast; this was great, as I had some food before running.

Everything was perfect. A very beautiful hotel with all its charm, and the atmosphere is captivating. It felt like living in a castle. We arrived on November 22nd, and the lady at reception was very polite and always tried to help. Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name, but she was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to her!
