The Location was unbeatable! Just minutes from South Ken Station and lots of cafés and restaurants and the Museums! The Staff, especially Jerry The Doorman, were always smiling and super sweet. Rooms were really comfy and the complimentary mini bar was great too! A small touch like fresh milk and biscuits every day really meant a lot! The Double Glazed windows meant that even though we stayed on the ground floor, not a peep of the traffic came in (except maybe the odd Police siren). Overall it was a super enjoyable and comfortable experience staying at The Ampersand! Hope we get rooms when we come back in. June!!

What a little gem! From the wonderful staff to the extremely comfortable room, this place was a real surprise. It is about 100 steps to Chiswick High Road and about 200 to Turnham Green station. Spacious bathroom and a comfortable bench seat in the main room. They are dedicated to recycling and reusing your own towel if you want to. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the bar area was welcoming and had a daily happy hour too! We will definitely be back.

Always loved it in the past.

Always loved it in the past. Certain changes over the years not always for the better. Virtually impossible to get tickets since the ballot went online. Some poor seats vastly overpriced. Especially high up at the rear - had seating over the top of the stairs SO not right! I didn’t appreciate having a bag of food & drink consficated there after temporarily leaving my seat.
