Direct private guest access to the O2 arena for Slipknot concert

If you're planning a stay in London, stay here, it's amazing. I've stayed in many places around the capital, and I had a better time here than in any other hotel. The owner was very helpful upon checking in and made sure we got there without issue and once we arrived, I was blown away by the thought that had gone into making our stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, with quality mattress, pillows and sheets, while the room had everything you might need, and then some. I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. On the ground floor, there is a communal kitchen/ lounge area with complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as all the kitchen appliances you might need if you prefer to cook for yourself. There are also a couple of washing machines/ dryers for laundry. I found this to be excellent value for money and the next time I'm in London, this is the only place I'll consider staying at. If I could score it higher than 10, I would. Well done to the owners and management who have obviously put a lot of care, effort and love into this place. It's a fairly new venture, offers something a little different, and I love it.

All was good, clean, fresh and cozy

Breakfast was excellent. There was no view from our rooms, 310 and 312. We asked for rooms with view but you told us that there was no availability.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very kind, my sister and I even got an escort to the bus stop because we left the hotel at 3.30 a.m. Really close to the underground and London stadium.

The rooms were very clean and modern, no signs of any dated appliances/room marks, so keep it up! The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. And I think for the value, especially in London, was very good. Also the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was tasty and had a nice vibe at Union Social.
