I stay in many hotels and this one blew me away ! From the gent that checked us in, upgrade for a small fee, champagne in bar area complimentary, walked us to room, THE ROOM ! Staff at breakfast ! Nothing too much trouble… let these people run ALL hotels, please . I think my room had the best bathroom I have ever had in any hotel

    I enjoy exploring the lanes of Brighton. Lots of small cafes and restaurants to choose from. The Lanes are a huge attraction in Brighton and is a must to visit and have a slow browse around. Gives an overwhelming feeling of freedom.

    The location of this property is excellent and in walking distance to all of Brighton's attractions. It is in close proximity to the Lanes, numerous excellent restaurants and the town centre. The apartment itself is clean and nicely furnished with two decent sized bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped.

    House was a great size for our group of 5 (two couples and a single), always handy to have a room with an en suite as well! Extra towels were provided within a few hours of being requested, easy to get the keys and to the apartment, the video instructions were appreciated! Great location for the lanes, sealife and the beach/pier, had a great time showing international friends around brighton!

    Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable, nice pillows etc. Massive shower head and big bath with plenty of hot water. Coffee pods topped up every day too. The location was a 10 minute walk to the start of the lanes. Not too noisy considering the central location and we were on the street opposite a park.

    This is just about the coolest place I ever stayed. The location is perfect for a visit to the the Lanes or to the beach and for film buffs or music fans it just happens to be located right upon the site of one of the most famous scenes from the classic rock opera film Quadrophenia. Besides all that, the apartment itself is cool and quirky and tastefully decorated. It also happens to be really comfortable and well equipped. Really sharp throughout and spotlessly clean. Would loved to have stayed longer.

    Fantastic for a stopover in Brighton. We loved the botanical themed room, the bed was very comfy and all amenities provided. The self checkin was very easy and we liked not having to carry a key/key card around. The seafront was very close and the hotel was located on a road with great restaurants and bars right next to The Lanes. We would happily stay again when we visit Brighton.

    Absolutely beautiful hotel and full of character. The room was stunning with sea views and a large balcony. We stayed in a junior family suite and it was super spacious with a large bath in room and a large shower in the bathroom. The location is directly opposite the beach and not far from the pier. A couple of minutes walk and you are in the lanes and high street. Everything you need on the doorstep. Fantastic, would 100% recommend to others!
