The hotel seems to be after a recent renovation. Design is modern and not stuffy. The room is fairly big and there's a small kitchenette with a range, a microwave, a kettle and a small refrigerator. Staff is nice and accommodating. Location was surprisingly good. Chiswick is a very nice neighborhood with plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants, steps away from the hotel. Turnham green station is a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is a laundry room (8GBP for full wash&dry cycle). The gym is nice (2 peloton bikes, which requires an account, some weights and a bench). We asked for a quiet room and got a room on the courtyard level (-1), meaning below ground level. The window was facing a concrete wall 2 feet away, so no view, but very quiet and we were fine with the tradeoff.

The hotel has a very good location, close to the restaurants, museums and the main city attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was tasty and the staff very helpfull and friendly.

amazing comfortable room at the top of the Blackbird pub. Right next to the tube, this is a perfect place in West London. To add to that the food was delicious and the staff is great! Would certainly recommend this place to anyone coming to London.
