Amazing location so close to all the museums. Staff were absolutely exceptional, they were all so friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday trip away special. Afternoon tea was great, highly recommended booking in. We're looking forward to returning at some point next year!

Absolutely blown away by the architecture and entrance.

Absolutely blown away by the architecture and entrance. We thought this was an incredible building. Our kids loved the exhibits and they were well done for the interior. It doesn't really compare to the Field's museum in NYC, though. But we are really glad we went and would recommend it.

Very organised, exhibits are amazing especially the blue whale exhibit. A great experience and a must if you are visiting London. Donations are optional and you are not pressured to do this. For a free venue it really is fantastic.

The room was nice. It had everything you need for a short stay including cooking facilities, iron, coffee and tea. Bathroom was also good. The air conditioning was a plus. We were pleased with our stay and would love to come back again. It is close to the underground Earl's Court Station and within a walking distance from Natural History Museum.

Room was lovely and spacious though the blinds took a lot of work to close. The location was excellent for the Natural History Museum and Science Museum. We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment about this. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. 4 minute walk to Kensington gardens- fabulous for a morning walk. 5 minutes by foot to Paddington station- lovely spots for breakfast and lunch along this route. 15 minute walk to the Natural history museum etc. Rooms were compact but extremely clean, especially the bathrooms. Staff were really lovely- very welcoming and so pleasant to interact with. We would definitely stay here again for location alone.

In England there's a tradition about museums as Alsace of culture, there are lots of activities devoted to kids. It is a place of interaction between objects and visitors and not only places to watch. If you have kids I suggest the natural history museum that is free as all the other Victorian museum, Tate, British, Albert....

National Gallery has nice cafe and afternoon tea at a reasonable price. Sundays at the Natural History Museum are mobbed with people with their children. Do not go on that day if you don't like crowds.
