I did pre-advise the hotel before arriving and was overwhelmed with our fabulous two storey penthouse room you so kindly allocated. This gesture by your hotel totally set the tone for what was a holiday of a lifetime, Thank you so much. Finally, the young red headed lady who checked us in was a ball of absolute pleasure and positivity.

Amazing service, Kathryn was extremely knowledgeable about the hotel and answered to all my questions about the hotel’s history! Alexander was a great help to introduce to us the city and what are the good restaurants to go :) We had some words in French from Nigel. For breakfast, I cannot remember their name but the people taking of us were great!! I remember a lady giving us great advise of where to go in Lake District (our next stop after your hotel). BIG THANKS TO THE ENTIRE !!
