Lovely room with views overlooking the Christmas tree. Four poster bed with twinkling lights. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bath salts, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion included. Hot chocolate sachets, delicious biscuits, coffee pods and bottled water included. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Welwyn was a quaint village with lovely shops. Perfect stay and we will definitely return next time we need accommodation in the area.

The staff was very helpful. We arrived late at night and they helped us book a room straightaway. We loved the fact that children eat for free, and had a nice lunch after checkout.
