Everything from the stunning aesthetics to the friendly and welcoming staff, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here again!

The breakfast was simply perfect ! Best scrambled eggs ever and without any dairy products others add without disclosing... Also the breakfast area was very nice full view of the City Road where one can see the London red busses passing through.

Lovely boutique hotel, nice and friendly atmosphere and very easy access by train from/to Gatwick. Metro to central London is 100 m up the street. We loved it!

The chapter hotel is a beautiful set of buildings, 5 minutes from the Finsbury station, which is served by the night tube (friday and Saturday), the Thameslink, and the Great Northern train. It's a great station for quickly reaching any part of London. For example, reaching mile end (east london) is possible in less than an hour. Windsor castle is in the far west of greater london, but it's less than 2 hours from this station. The hotel is also next to a bus stop (about 1 minutes walk) that is served by the buses N29 and 29, which provide a 24 hour connection to and from central london (just 30 minutes from Soho). All in all, the transport options were perfect. The actual room was very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. There was absolutely no dust even in high-up difficult places. Bathroom towels were changed every 2 days without any request. The area was described online as relatively rough, but after experiencing it late at night multiple times, I would say that it's pretty safe if you use your wits. London is a relatively safe city in general, as long as you're aware of pickpockets. The price was amazing as well. Staying at a 16-bed hostel in central london was more expensive, and with the great transport available, there is no reason to put yourself through that. This will be my first choice any time I visit London.
