Fantastic location, great room. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful bed, linen and pillows - I am very picky with beds, linen and pillows but these were superb! There was an issue with the water on my last day due to something that had occurred outside of the hotel. I was refunded one night accommodation. This was a gesture that really spoke to how good the staff was.

Great boutique hotel, everything has a loot of good taste. I am very grateful for the complimentary upgrade, I had the most amazing room with a small terrace, which is very rare in London. Delicious breakfast in a very nice area downstairs, you can enjoy a coffee outside. They made best use of every little space in a very elegant manner. Very nice and kind reception team, couldn't be more helpful and paying attention to everyone's needs. Congratulations on how you are making your guests feel truly welcomed.
