We stayed at this hotel to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and it was the best hotel we’ve ever experienced. The rooms were stunning, with lovely interiors, super comfy beds, and fluffy duvets. We had a dinner deal that included a £15 voucher each to spend in the restaurant, and although our expectations weren’t high because of the offer, the food was fantastic. A nice bonus was their eco-friendly reward system, you received a beer voucher each day if you reused your towels. The staff were exceptional, especially Eunice, who took care of us from check-in and even served us multiple times in the restaurant. She truly made our stay feel extra special. The location was also perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the main street. The only minor downside was that the pre-ordered beer tap for my dad’s room didn’t work, but we were generously compensated, so it wasn’t a big issue.

Great location can't beat being on canal street walk in or fall into your bed. I would have expected the music from the club to be more audible but was surprised. Value for money yes but I would not pay more then I did for this hotel.

We had a free upgrade and were in a beautiful suite which consisted of a kitchenette with microwave, hob and a large screen tv, a small seating area to relax, fabulous bathroom, extremely comfortable king size bed and a large tv in the bedroom area. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. The location is a short walk to Piccadilly station and the bars of Canal Street. The reception staff were very helpful and we could leave our luggage to collect later, as we had to check out early for an event.

The apartment was stunning! There was SO much space. The bed was really comfortable and it made my stay in Manchester even better. The lobby is a lovely place to relax in and they had a really nice vintage clothes market when I stayed. Using keypads to get in at night and for your room is so much easier than keycards. Staff were very nice. Accessible for disabled. Perfect if you’re an LGBTQ traveller and spending most of your time on Canal Street
