The property is great but the room was quite small, but i think its expected out of central London area. The room was cosy and clean and had all necessities and more. The staff more than made up for any tiny bit of inconvenience that you may face in terms of room size. They were the sweetest and ensured all our needs were taken care of. Very polite and charming. Great location-Right behind the Buckingham Palace and very near to the Victoria station

Our room 4403 had a spectacular view of London, the bridge, the river, and the city. It was the most amazing view that we have ever seen. The staff were very professional and well trained; we can see that the Manager of the hotel is doing a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with choosing this hotel.

absolutely beautiful hotel, beautifully manicured, designed and maintained. well trained, friendly and service-minded staff from all over the world. large plush towels, comfortable beds, canned waters and chocolate bars replenished every day free of charge in room. affordably priced restaurant w amazing breakfasts. old world charm. 100% best location for all tourist attractions, etc...best hotel ever...will return!

The staff was incredible, they are all so nice and they take really good care of you. Breakfast is great as well, room was confortable and everything is clean. Bonus : the two restaurants are great but especially the Pem, if you want to get a high quality dinner go there it’s incredible, including the service.
