They should rename the hotel to the NWow!!!! Such a cool, funky, vibrant hotel! Staff were great, food was great, and loved the different areas of the hotel lobby. I was gifted an upgrade and what a lovely room! Their fitness center was pristine and even had a Marshall Bluetooth speaker! Highly recommend this hotel!!

The staff here are passionate, friendly and super helpful. You are treated like a VIP. The atmosphere is second to none - the pub is spectacular (incredible food) and the accommodations are bespoke and gorgeous. Everything has been considered to the tiniest detail. The shower is legendary!

It was our honeymoon and Ben was amazing, upgrading us to an executive suite and giving us prosecco on arrival and a later checkout time. We had an amazing breakfast and it was a lovely place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.
