Lovely room in a fantasticly located hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Handy to train station and easy walk to old town and lake. Ability to store bikes in secure garden area really appreciated. We highly recommend this property.

The hotel was in the perfect location in centre of Annecy right on the canal. Restaurant was fantastic and food was good. Breakfast was great too. Room was modern and bed was very comfortable - newly renovated rooms. They even had proper hairdryers which was awesome! Staff were wonderful and we had an amazing stay.

Location : Near everything, just a few minutes walk. Staff were helpful and welcoming in general. Rooms are small but clean (we got an upgrade, so we had a more spacious rooms and a fridge :). View from my kids room was really nice. Breakfast was good Pizza offered in the afternoon was also a nice option .

    The apartment has a very nice decorated in open spaced and airy when you opened all the window which was facing the courtyard. The apartment itself very cleaned, comfy bed, decent kitchen amenities and is closed to all Annecy attractions, shops and supermarkets and it’s less than 10 minutes walk to Annecy train station.
