Highly experienced stuff, welcoming and friendly. Have been in Bilbao several times staying in Vincci most times as the hotel is ideal in terms of location, services and value for money. Very clean rooms, very comfortable. Would recommend the room with the river view - absolutely amazing views both at day light and also night. The location is close to evrth. Moreover the hotel has its own parking (most of others not).

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to all the sights, nice bars and restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport. Room was great, clean, nicely equipped and tidied up daily. The staff is kind and the service is great! They offer a lovely breakfast if you need it, but there are also wonderful places in the vicinity to choose from. I would definitely stay there again. Great value for money.
