Excellent accommodation in the center of Barcelona. It is simply a home away from home. Excellent breakfast and dinner, interestingly designed rooms and hotel itself, comfortable beds, very attentive personnel who are there to help you. There was absolutely silence in the night so we slept well. We value our time so we used a taxi to get around the city, which can regularly be stopped in front of the hotel. There is also the possibility of public transport nearby. We highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent. As described in other comments. Staff, location, facilities, I can`t ask for more. And breakfast was delicious. The atmosphere in the bar was just wonderful. Would like to visit this hotel again in the near future.

It was so expansive one could spend hours wandering about, resting on the winding bench, climbing up and down the stairs to the various levels, learning about the different homes and structures and why they were designed according to how Gaudi viewed his world. At the very least, it was magical!!!

It was great when it used to be free.

It was great when it used to be free. Now you need a ticket to visit it (and it is expensive) and then you need to queue for many of the landmarks of the park. We used to love it and this time we didn't enjoy it at al. So my advice is to skip it and visit one of the other Gaudi landmarks instead (Casa Battlo', La Pedrera, etc.).

Another must see place.

Another must see place. Eccentric, fascinating, lovely views. Interesting background story was conceived as a very exclusive housing estate but only 2 houses got built both of which are open to public. Grounds full of strange monuments designed by Gaudi

This was my second visit here and considering the fact that it was a very hot day, it was most annoying and irritating that they make you walk through the whole park to get to the viewing point!! It’s a park yet there are locked gates with guards stopping you from having easy access to the steps leading to the top!! This was not like this the first time I visited and spoilt the visit, especially as it was extremely hot.

You can freely roam, but I took up guided tour, and was so glad I did. I learnt about genius infrastructure Gaudi had put in, which I wouldn't have known from just looking. It was like Tokyo Disney Sea, without the rides and better.
