The staff was super friendly and helpful at the hotel and other facilities, we had a Business Partner- dinner at the Restaurant Terrum and the service was excellent! The staff was excellent, they really made our night a success! Our special thanks and warm wishes to Carlos, who served us at the bar located to lobby area, he is a true gem, we remember his Passion Mojito's and friendly attitude, hope he will be there when we come next time!
