The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the Gothic Quarter, close to restaurants and cafés. You can easily explore the neighborhood and return to the hotel without any hassle. The staff is amazing and available 24/7. The breakfast setup is great—it’s a freshly prepared order rather than a buffet. I really appreciate the hotel staff for their constant smiles, and a special shoutout to the young Italian woman who has never been to Rome—haha!

The room was very aesthetically pleasing and hygienic. The breakfast service was very good. Staff helped me out the next day when I left an item in the room after checkout.
