This was a last minute booking and just a one night stay which was such a shame as we we loved this hotel. The bed was heavenly.. We didnt make it to breakfast as the bed was so comfortable, we slept through the alarm! Room service dinner was excellent and promptly delivered. All the staff we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful. Location is excellent...

The location is perfect for seeing the town. Close to the historic university (next door, more or less). A few minutes walk from the bus stop that connects with the Airport. Reception, breakfast and bar staff were very friendly, nothing to fault with the staff. I didn't go for the buffet breakfast, though it looked very good. I went for a coffee and some toast separately at a very reasonable price. The hotel is close to all the restaurants, bars etc. Though sitting in the hotel bar was also very pleasant.

Location is probably one of its best features. The place is beautifully adapted from its original purpose.

Very clean, very modern and above all very quiet at night. We loved it here. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were lovely and it's all within short walk of old-town Alcala. Would definitely stay here again
