Everything from the front desk staff to the room was AMAZING!!!!!! The staff took very good care of me! The room service menu is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Spacious rooms with great amenities and cold A/C. definitely a ten out of ten!!!

After three visits to Cairo, and very bad experiences I had in previous hotels, here at the Taj hotel I had an amazing and lovely surprise that awaited me, from the moment I entered the hotel to the second I checked out. The welcome and service were very cordial, always super professional and always with a smile and care, especially the lovely Kristina at the reception and also Mustafa who was always happy to help. When I arrived I was welcomed with a cold mango drink, and on the same day I also received a large fruit tray in the room, free of charge. The location of the hotel is simply excellent, and next to the hotel there are dozens upon dozens of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, greengrocers, food stalls - whatever you want. It is very easy to get a taxi or order an Uber from the hotel door. The hotel itself is brilliantly clean, smells pleasant all the time, and the room cleaning service is simply excellent and very strict. Change of towels and sheets every day. Clean, new and fast elevators that work great. The room itself is large, and has everything you need, including a hair dryer, body creams and more. Also a safe. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were super cozy and comfortable. The shower room is simply excellent, boiling water and excellent flow at all hours of the day. Here, too, everything is clean and equipped. The view from the room was also lovely, I was on the seventh floor. In short - this is a hotel that provides five-star service, at a very reasonable price. In my opinion, better than Steinberger and many hotels in the Tahrir area. Thank you so much for the lovely experience! It is clear that in the future I will only return to this hotel when I am in Cairo.
