We had an amazing stay at this lovely resort. From the very beginning until the last minute of the checkout everything was great. The facilities as well as the service are at their highest, ensured by a friendly and supportive staff. The food is tasty and varied, matching all the tastes. The ambiance of the restaurant is different every time, which makes every day of your stay unique and memorable. The waiters are extremely attentive to the details, polite and caring. The location of the property is very convenient as it is located close to the beach and there is also a bus that takes you there and back regularly. The entertainment program is varied and includes daytime activities as well as evening shows. There is also the possibility to book entertainment activities at extra charge, organized out of the hotel by the personnel of the resort, which are reliable and worth the cost. The reception staff is friendly and supportive as well. In short we definitely recommend Cleopatra Luxury Resort. P.S. “Luxury” is not just a word in its title, it’s what truly defines the hotel!

The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!

Every thing was amazing royal club staff and hotel staff very helpful

the location was perfect,easy distance to the shops and bars . the entertainment was superb. the food was great,and plenty full. everyone in the hotel were,polite very obliging, friendly,cannot praise them. enough. reception were so helpful ,let me keep my room until 5 pm ,a late flight. all in all the hotel was excellent. lives up to its good reputation. will definitely return. a special to thanks Bassem Fahmy at the reception

We spent 7 nights at Steigenberger Alcazar at Sharm. Usually we go to Dubai in november every year but since we had a daughter we said may be we should have more relax vacation. Long story short, the resort is fantastic and worth every penny we spent. We will come back next year for sure. We loved everything in this hotel. The all inclusive pack is great. The room with direct access to the piscine is great, many restaurants Japanese, French, Lebanese…., the main buffet restaurant is fantastic, many swiming pools, bars with nice atmosphere, Kids club. The beach and the Pier are great as well, the water crystal clear. Cleanliness everywhere, gardens well maintained. But what we loved most in this hotel is the staff. A special thanks to Ahmed abd Elfattah, the manager, and all his great team at Zohreya restaurant. They were very caring and paying attention to us and our daughter to make us happy and feel at home. We see them 3 times a day so at end we felt like we leaving our familly, so thank you Ahmed and your great staff for your devotion and hard work. On the downside, there is no many things to say, may be our experience with the photographer, but I will not go into details because it’s not worth it. Overall, we are very happy with our stay at Steigenberger, and we are looking forward to come back next year!
