My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. A special thanks to Mina at the reception, who is incredibly kind, always ready to help, creates a family-like atmosphere, and coordinates everything in the hotel flawlessly. I also want to highlight Yasser from housekeeping, who made my days extra special with personalized touches and beautifully decorated beds – such attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. Everything about this hotel made me feel at home. I will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

The service throughout our stay was outstanding—every member of the team made sure we felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The attention to detail and genuine kindness of the staff truly stood out. The food was absolutely fantastic! Each meal offered a delicious variety of dishes with fresh ingredients and rich, satisfying flavors. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining experience was consistently top-notch. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and lovely outdoor areas that made it easy to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. *A very special thank you to Mohammed Moawd* for his exceptional support and kindness throughout our stay. This was our second visit. The place is very clean, the slides are many and fun. Lots of food and snacks available, many restaurant options. Snacks and desert through the day. There is a lot of extra entertainment other than water slides. Lots of night entertainment, you can leave without going through it all. Mr Ismael at reception and colonies restaurants went over and above to make our stay special and memorable. We thank him.
