From the moment I entered the resort, Monaem offered a warm and genuine welcome that made me feel like a cherished guest at Serry Beach Resort. His professionalism and attention to detail were perfect throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed to truly enjoy a memorable vacation. Monaem was a reliable source of information and provided interesting recommendations about nearby tourist attractions, restaurants, and activities based on my preferences. His dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests was evident in his willingness to fulfill any request. Whether it was arranging reservations, providing transportation, or even offering valuable tips, his hospitality and warm reception to guests were truly exceptional. I had the immense pleasure of spending ten exceptional days at the GRAND HOTEL HURGHADA. We had booked two rooms: one for myself, my wife, and our child, and another for my mother-in-law. From the moment we arrived, everything went perfectly, in an atmosphere truly worthy of a five-star hotel. Right from the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ibrahim, who was extremely kind and helpful. We even had the privilege of choosing our rooms, both offering a splendid view of the pool, just a few steps from the beach. At the pool, Mr. Hossam, the pool manager, was always attentive. He regularly came to check on us, ensuring we had everything we needed, with great care and kindness. The housekeeping service was impeccable, with the staff coming daily to change the sheets and restock the bathroom amenities. Regarding dining, we had access to two large restaurants as well as a beach restaurant offering snacks and drinks throughout the day. The dishes were delicious, generous, and very varied. A special mention goes to the “Arabesque” restaurant, where everything was outstanding. Many thanks to Mr. Mohsin and his entire team for their warm welcome and impeccable service. I would also like to thank all the staff at the animation bar, especially the waiter Ahmed, who was always smiling and available, as well as Mrs. Nathalie, who was in charge of the kids’ club and made our child’s stay unforgettable. Thanks to the entire team at the GRAND HOTEL, we had a wonderful stay that we will never forget. Thank you all once again! ❤️❤️❤️
