Friendly Staff, Complimentary Upgrade to Cabana was so nice

Very helpful/kind resepstionists, who made sure we got separate bed as we asked for, (this was not easy to find other places in Cairo). Even got a free upgrade with good view and welcome snacks/fruits. The rooms are very clean.

My stay at the Royal Regency Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, spacious, and elegantly furnished. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Whether it was the delicious breakfast, the relaxing lounge area, or the efficient concierge service, everything was handled with great attention to detail and genuine care. What truly stood out was the level of professionalism and kindness shown by the staff. They were always available, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The whole stay was great. It was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Food was excellent and the room was nice. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and the staff helped to make her day memorable.
