I had an amazing stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Zen for being so accommodating and giving me the perfect room so my son’s dog could visit and even stay - that really meant a lot. The hotel is a quiet boutique gem on the outskirts of Wuppertal, with free parking and easy transport connections. The place was spotless, with great attention to detail everywhere. The room was spacious, with a comfortable big bed and all you need for comfortable stay. The sauna and relaxation room were something else - truly a unique and refreshing experience. Big thanks also to Carlo, who served dinners with real warmth and professionalism and made every evening special. The dining area is beautiful, and the food was delicious. Breakfast had a great selection, everything was very fresh, and I loved the glass of bubbly at the weekend. The surrounding area is beautiful, with a nice park and forest to wander around, and the decorations matched the season perfectly, that make the place feel extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a personal touch.

The location is superb. A few steps, and you are already at the ZOB and Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof. This makes traveling (exploring Wuppertal and nearby cities) very convenient. You are also at the heart of the Einkaufszentrum--for food and other necessities. The receptionist is very friendly and can speak both English and German well. She patiently attended to guests who came to check-in at the same time.
