The breakfast is outstanding. If you can't get happy there, you can't get happy period. Great selection, all fresh and stocked, attentive staff. The VIP lounge is also outstanding. The bed was falling into a cloud comfortable. Everything was very clean. Rooftop bar is fabulous. This is our second stay and we will come back.

The staff and the customer service were amazing. The reception and kitchen / breakfast service teams were friendly and helpful and very attentive.
