This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Everything is perfect here. It is indeed the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in Germany. It's service is superb and beyond words, from valet parking, to reception, to luggage carrying to the room. They made you feel being treated like they really care about you. It's a great hotel you must stay when you visit Heidelberg.

The hotel is run by very professional and friendly staff who were willing to even adapt my booking to suit changes in my schedule. It is ideally situated with easy access to the old city, and University Hospital. In a quiet area with good restaurant's and public transport. Easy accessible parking in close proximity to the hotel. Modern spacious rooms and lounge areas to just sit and enjoy a bottle of wine or work. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic location at the top of the funicular.
