At the reception it was possible to buy anything a traveller might need that they have forgotten (toiletries, a lock, alarm clock etc). The location was quite good. It's a neighbourhood with many bars and close to public transport and the East Side Gallery. The common room at the entry was nice too. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The elevator was surprisingly fast and spacious. However, the room itself was quite small. Climbing to the upper bunk felt unsafe and awkward, and the bottom bunk could use more head clearance.
